Kinship with all of life and biophilia…impressioning the bipolar and PTSD unconscious

Published on May 19, 2016 under Beauty

Everyday things don’t seem so everyday when I take a little time out of each day to say hi to the flowers and insects.  I killed a spider yesterday for the first time in a very long time as he was really big and in my bedroom.  I’m sorry Mr. Spider.  I think you are in my vacuum cleaner.  You may have escape as I did not see you get sucked up.  I usually leave you alone and have the sense that you have just as much of a right to be here as I do.  This time, I took power over you, with a small upright Bissell vacuum.  Next time, stay out of my room.  You were actually in my laundry basket.  What were you doing in there?  So I guess it’s kinship with all of life, except the unfortunate spider that flew out of my laundry basket.  Nature is super healing, unless it has 8 legs and is in places it doesn’t belong.  I’ve been out of the hospital for several weeks and nature seems to help.  And luckily, it’s free!
