I am super interested in happiness, laughter, play, smiles, nature, oxytocin, and anything that seems to be in support of bringing the best out of oneself. I have a sense within myself that the energy of mania is an attempted to bring out the best in oneself in a sort of embodied temporary experiential vision casting that then fades away but is in the brain cells as a memory or vision of the potential one has within oneself. Now the question is can this be brought out as oneself in a grounded way in daily life? To me, this is a daily enquiry.
