Bipolar Self Talk Dialogue Episodes 6 – 10
It is nearly 8 years since I was given a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Starting in mid 2016, I started talking to myself on video to sort out my experiences and what they mean to me for myself. The process seemed to take on a life of it’s own and so I kept going. The particular contents are not important as I often forget what I say as I say it. What is important here is learning and discovery for oneself. My journey and story of Bipolar is different in the details.. What is important is the process of journalling. As such, I share this to invite people like me to open up to themselves. To speak vulnerably and see what happens, even if it’s just to an objective iPhone camera. Activating our voices and allowing our brains to process what we go through by sharing aloud can be powerful. The human voice is one of the most powerful forces in the universe. There are a lot more conversations so keep an eye out for those or contact me to find out more. This is sharing living experience. None of this is medical advice. Please consult your doctor. Feel free to contact me via my contact page. Please contribute to this work if you feel called to. I invite co-creators. If you want to participate with harvesting some of this, please contact me. Thank you for listening.
